SPACE project: Youth initiatives for Public Spaces
The project aims to gather together 6 organizations from the EU countries and Western Balkan countries with a single aim to transform the informal settlements through youth for youth. It will have a duration of 24 months and the main activities are researching, training and education of youth workers through mobility and engaging youth through local activities etc.
Objectives
Strengthening capacities of 18 young urban advisors within municipalities youth councils with appropriate tools and methods to have a positive impact on the transformation of vulnerable areas into liveable areas.
Engaging at least 15 youth from peripheral areas to increasing their participation in the decision- making process for better access to public spaces and services
Disseminate the results of the project to at least 50 stakeholders from each country through multiplier events in vulnerable neighbourhoods
